Need suggestion for Rims and Tires

This is nice forum and I have found lots of great information here.
I just got my car and I want to get some new rims and tires.
My budget is max 2000 dollars including the rims and wheels and can you guys please give me some suggestions.
My car is black so I want to know which color will look better.
