So my girlfriend bought me a 2002 blaster with a messed up piston it looked like it was in a fire lol he told me it needed a new jug and piston so what i need help with is wat do i tell the guys at the shop i need done it was bored 60 over i dont care if it goes back to stock but i guess i need to know the stock bored size any help would be great

If you have that much damage to the jug, it needs to be replaced. You can go stock again or of course entertain the big 240 bore's as well, etc.

As far as stock that would be 66mm. From there boring should be done at a minimum, only when needed, and the smallest bore up possible(.20 over) at a time to extend the life of the cylinder. Boring over .20 at a time is the recommended maintenance routine when you need it, seize, need new rings, etc. This is for maintenance purposes only, and you will not get much power gain when doing the small bores to compensate for rebuilds, etc.

A big bore cylinder/sleeve kit will take the bike over, 240cc, etc, but not always needed and not the best way to get true performance out of the blaster. Also consider porting for true power out of the stock blaster config, great money spent if done right...
