Well im in the market for some new rear tires. Im gonna stay with the 18x10.5x8. I just need to get ride of the turf tamers!!! I was looking at getting the kenda klaw mx. or the Kenda Knarly st sticky. I dont have anything against holeshoots or the razors it just that EVERYONE has them and i dont like to be like everyone. I want the get something different. But if anyone has has other kinds of tires that they would perfer please let me know thanks!!I:I

the reason most people have them is probably because they work really well. when i was looking into getting new rear tires from stock the guy i talked to said that kenda does not make very good tires compared to like the razrs or holeshots. i have never used them its just from what i have heard. and nice blaster

THANKS MAN, I know that there i good tire i had them before. I just wanted to try something different. there has to be a different tire out there that is just as good as holeshoots...

The klaws have reversable tread for soft and hard packed tracks. I never used the hard packed direction when I ran them. As far as I'm concerned, they are good tires. I still prefer holeshots over anything, but they're good especially if your on a budget.

I've had good experiences with fast trekkers. they have a really flat profile but I think they only come in 18-11x8's.

Kenda Klaw MX. You will absolutely love them. They hook good out of corners, slide VERY predictably and are relatively light. Plus they are reversible for hard or soft terrain.

just bought some razr's that i havent even gotten to ride yet but before these i had kenda xcr's and was very happy with the ride. i did have a bad experience tho buying these from motosport.com because when they did their free mounting they ripped the bead of the tire and it wasnt visible so it woudl just go flat after you take your first sharp turn. but thats not the problem, problem is when i went to buy a replacement the replacement tire had more of a balloon shape than the original 2 did so i had to run 11lb in the original and 6lb in the replacement so they would have similar shape otherwise it would drive me sideways.

this woudl have easily been solved buying 2 at a time.

we'll see how motosport did on the new set soon enough. i think the new razr's i had them mount will be fine tho because motosport.com gets good reviews so im guessing it was a 1 off problem that went unnoticed

i dont see number plates on your quad.. but... what about pure sports a/t's??? i have them on my 250x and i love them!! reverable also.. there a all terrain but there a flat tread like mx tires..

were flat in that pic.. but aired up there perfectly flat like mx tires...

yea i dont race or have yet to go to a mx track. the place i ride is mostly sand hard packed and soft. and i do alittle trial riding. so im leaning on buying the kenda klaws. but i still gotta shop around and look at some of the tires you guys said. thanks everyone
