Hmmmm, I am no expert but it looks pretty good. The bog from hitting the gas from a sitting start is normal. Maybe some fine tuning could eliminate that. I will let some more experienced guys hop on here and give you some advice.

that looks damn near perfect, but remember what temps it was when you did it ???
20 degrees colder temp may require bumping up the main when your jetted that close
i'd say one size bigger won't hurt anything, and protect you from frying it if the temps drop drastically while out for a ride

also.....that 2 turns out airscrew is what's hurting your idle - 1/4 throttle
the main has nothing to do with that.
try turning the airscrew in 1/8th to 1/4 turns at a time till it revs clean and the bog disappears
1.5 turns out is the prefered stock setting, and none of your mods indicate needing more than that
give it a try and report back

yeah the temp was about 45 degrees and i guess im going to try to fine tune just a bit more to get a better throttle responce in first but thanks alot for the info well apretiated this is my first true rebuild iv learned most of my stuff on the two stroke motors on here had to learn the hard way the first time and blow my top end off with improper jetting will never do that again but the feed back is well apretiated and i think im going throw my 290 in there to be on the safe side because the snow is getting real close

Like Awk said, adjust idle air screw, test, adjust, test, till you get it the best. Also make sure you warm it up before hammering on it. I prefer almost hot to the touch in colder temps.

thats very important advice and i believe one of the best for longvevity of these motors
i warm-up to "very warm to touch" all the time, not just winter

yeah i dont like just getting on and wat i always warm my motors up 5 10 minutes before riding or like you guys said basiclly warm to the touch thanks
