I recently rolled my 1997 blaster and when I flipped it back over the throttle stuck wide open. I found a wire coming from the throttle housing on the handlebars that was unhooked and looked like it had some custom wiring done to it, when I plugged those wires back in the quad stoppe going wide open upon starting but cuts off at low throttle like its being shut off by a kill switch. Shoot me a text @ 856-364-1583 with ideas

You reconnected the TORS system. Most likely the throttle is stuck somewhere, somehow. Need to check it out.
The TORS will cut spark and kill the engine if it senses the carb slide stuck up when the throttle is off.
Hopefully you also read the other thread on tors. Hopefully you realize that your wide open problem is not tors related, the bad running is. Though it may have been an easy roll you need to inspect the throttle, cable, carb top, slide, and carb boot.

Also open both sides of tors brick and inspect and lube
