Ken already has my cylinder and head. Trying to find some one local I should have my parts back from ken this week

I understand.
That little old engine case is small light, and cheap on shipping.
Priority mail is FAST.
Having it properly repaired is piece of mind.
I surely wouldn't put all those nice new, properly machined components on a questionable repair made with jb weld. Don't muck things up because your in a hurry to get it together. Its not worth it.

My buddies dad may be able to weld it but won't know till he checks it out on Tuesday. It not as much a hurry as running out of funds for this build, it was only supost to need a top end rebuild so sent the cylinder and head to ken, then started tearing it down needs crank bearings and seals so ken is sending those with my other parts. Then after seeing the damage and water marks in the crank case I had to order a crank Vito's 3mm stroker. Then tors delete idle screw kit jet kit I'm already way over budget and haven't started on the frame or found 03+hydros.

Its a good thing you tore it down to inspect it... Seriously.
You could have done it like a chunk head and just threw a fresh top end on it, then complained about it when it exploded, melted, or seized.
At least your doing it correctly.
