Ok so I put a new carb kit in it and removed the tors it ran alright but then it revved extremely high by itself I put a different plug in it now this happens the plug is black needle clip is 2nd from bottom I have a video on YouTube if you could check it out and help
the video is called Help blaster

could you please copy/paste the youtube address to your video ?
i searched for "help blaster", well....go ahead and try it to see if you can find it in the thousands of resuts.

yeah, don't start that again until we figure out whats wrong, it got very hot real quick, and should not be blowing exhaust/smoke out the front.
were you pushing the throttle when it would bluh bluh bluh, then release when it would idle up high ?

sounds like a tors rev limit, then high idle when off the throttle ?
and may have multiple causes

ok what was it like before you touched it,and or issues before you touched it?
show us pic of carb, and or rest of blaster, put a tube on that tank cap too it is going to get dirt in it,but yeah lets dig into this need more info lets here it lol:)

That sounds and looks like it is lean as, or the timing has slipped.

Excessive heat is caused by an extremely lean mixture or the timing out of whack.

It really sounds like it is starving for fuel!

Yes the quad was like this before I messed with it and I removed the tors and there was no air filter on in the video but can someone explain why my plug is black

Ok so how do I find out if timing bad and how do I adjust it also yes the quad was like yhis before I messed with it

Forget I mentioned the timing issue.

High revving by itself is a sign of an air leak, have you tested for one?

Running with no air filter is going to cause a very lean mixture.

A leaky exhaust can cause a lean mixture.

Did you set the float level?

Is the idle adjusted as per specs?

What oil are you using?

No I haven't checked for leaks don't know how to
idk what oil still has oil injection the idle is 1 and 1/2 turns out and I think the float level is ok
