ok when i try to start the blaster it backfires every few kicks and when it does stars it runs for 1 second any ideas

i think the key is good my dad is blaming it on me because i advanced the timing 3 degrees
sounds like a fly wheel key ! pull it off, im betting its sheered.

ok i cant get the fly wheel off because my dad took the puller back to the person he borrowed it from so it doesent look like im gonna race Saturday

wow, You must have been planning on allot of motor break in riding before the race ?
well, ya you will have to wait, until dad borrows it again or buy one, they not to costly. but ya, would not likely get there intime.
now, sometimes, when its just been put on, and if the fly wheel key is broke, it just might come off, without the puller.
