to the original poster, disregaurd all of that nonsense

leakdown test, follow the video above on break-in/heat cylcle procedures, then re-torque the head and base bolts following the final cool down, and leakdown test it again
some like to take it easy for a tank full of fuel, but if properly heat cycled, leakdown tested, and re-torqued, all is good...grip it and rip it !!!!!

ok well with all this said on here im getting the cylinder borrd along with a new top end kit this week but before I do can anyone give me a price on a bbk...i would.check myself but my phone wont load the sites thankguys
 
nevermind the question on the bbk did some research and it doesnt seem worth ir for my riding style getting it bored the next size up its stock now so it will also leave room for rebuildd in the future
