need help with rear axle attachment

im needing help with my rear axle. the guy i got it from didnt put it together after tearing it apart. im not stuck trying to figure out what goes where. the only thing attached is the swingarm, a arms, engine, carb, and steering. they guy told me the swing arm wouldnt line up correctly. any ideas or a diagram i can look at to see how to make it line up

sorry the swing arm is attached the rear axle wont line up with the swing arm

is it possible that something is bent? what part wont line up exactly. can we see some pictures it may help.

the top is right

the bottom doesnt. just the right side

its upside dowm, the large flanges sticking down in your pic are the brake caliper mounts, they should be up and on the right
