hello im new to the blaster tuning/modding world and can use a lil help.

i have a 02 blaster and the top end is gone, i just purchased a vito's 240cc big bore top end kit (complete with jug)...i have a keihin 35mm carb (model #70r), i was just wondering if any one can help me out with some jetting advice for my new set-up. i know i will have to convert my stock air box over to be more "open" but beyond that im kinda lost on jetting and dont wanna burn my new top end up.

thanks for the help.

ok here is what you should do before you thow that thing in there. send it to wildcard2, flotek, and kennedy_power and get a port and polish. a agressive trail port will work well.

next get a pipe. that is a much have. if you are stock, its just not gonna work well at all.

the stock air box and intake will work. remove the lid. if you want more flow and want to go aftermarket, there are lot of options. i know wildcard2 makes a new tube (contact hime for more info) or you can get an aliminum air box from CFM, or project blaster.

im not sure where to start on the jetting. vitos may be able to help you, as well as any of the above mentioned engine builders.

well i got a alien exhaust pipe on there now...not sure how good or bad it is gotta be better than stock i would assume (it was on the bike when i got it), i tried callin vito's up and asking about the jetting and got more aggervated the longer i talked...i can say they wherent very much help as of yet. :(
