what are the current temperatures you plan to ride in ?
lower temps in winter require richer jetting than higher temp summer months.
jetting must be adjusted for changing air temperatures between seasons, or even daily if the temps drop more than 20-30 degrees (F)
this especially applies to bikes plug chopped for perfect jetting.
what is the elevation of where you live ?
you can google..... "(your city/town) elevation "
sea level elevation requires richer jetting than up in the mountains

here's my "in the ballpark" jetting suggestions....
48 thru 55 pilots
DGH or CEL needle (a must)
155 thru 168 mains
the low's listed could be for summer temps ?
the highest listed could be whats needed for your current temps and elevation ?
but.....
only you can determine what is right for you, nobody can tell you exact jetting for your exact bike/temp/elevation.
those are just my suggested starting points from my experience with keihin carbs.
start large and work down, fouled plugs are much cheaper than pistons
check the carburetor section for threads on checking/adjusting ...
leakdown tests, float height, pilot/airscrew, main jets and plug chops. < tune/jet in that order
Since we are on this topic, what would you recommend for a blaster at sea level 80*f, full fmf pipe and silencer, foam filter, no lid on air box?

Depending on the mods, I would run a 1/8 inch drill through the main to allow for enough gas to pass.
