putting blaster back together..line on bottom of carb and also the 2 lines on either side of carb, (im mssing mine) and need to know where they go and possibly see some pics..thanks for any help

ya i have the block off kit so for oil injection so it is plugged. when i turn the gas on at the tank gas just flows out from the overflows on both sides of the carb...floats stuck??? quad has not been started in a long time????

ok---i cleaned the carb (thanks to the cleaning posting--first time doing it and is was simple)--anyways, now i cleaned everything and i got fuel to stop flowing out from the overflows on the side of the carb but pours out from the overflow on the bottom...i took it apart again and cleaned and removed floats and pintle--everything looks ok...why is fuel flowing from overflow???please help

your float is stuck, hit the bottom of the carb with a screwdriver, don't bash it but tap it with the back end of a screwdriver, you have the line adjacent to the choke hooked up to the petcock right?

ya i have the correct line hooked up...floats are moving freely....why isnt fuel coming out from the side overflows also??just coming from the bottom one...and what is the screw that is next to the bottom overflow

don't know what to tell you man, when i had that problem i fixed with a hot with a screwdriver and then cleaned it, i now have 34mm, lrd exhaust vf3's, reed spacer and a k n n air filter now, really reccomend it if you want it to sh** and git do those mods not too expensive either.

That screws sounds like its loose are open and thats why fuel is coming out of the lowest hose on your carb. Unscrew it alittle to free up any junk then screw it all the way in. It should stop, if where talking about the same hose and your float is adjusted right that should solve it. Also instead of hitting your carb what works for me when the float is stuck after it sat with no fuel in the bowl or it has sat for awhile in general is to pick up the back of the atv a few feet and drop it.

your needle is not sealing against the seat, with the float bowl off put a clean piece of hose on the carb and with your mouth blow thru it, with your finger raise the float until it stops, you should not be able to blow through it, if you can you need to reset your float height or replace the needle and seat, and at the same time flush the tank if you have dirt in it ithe problem will never go away, that screw on the bottom is to drain the float bowl, the reason the fuel is only coming out the bottom is because the fuel is overfilling the float bowl very slowly and the tube in the float bowl is draining it out the bottom fast enough to not fill up enough to get to the side vents.
