I have a clymer's manual, but it's missing this one page!!! I need to know the proper way to press out my bearings. I wanna ride tomorrow, but if I have to take it to the machine shop I will. Could someone shed some light on this subject so I don't booger up the inner bore of the pivot area.

Both outer needle bearings, does the thing that the chain guide runs on need to be pressed off first? Also the needle bearings no longer have needles, lol. I'm very picky about maintanence, but this is a used stock swinger I bought from a friend, cracked mine.
