The plug is dark brown almost black. I noticed that it does smoke a little bit when I start it and run it at the beginning. Its not much smoke but is that how oil pumps and Blasters work?? Im familiar with two strokes and dirt bikes but this is my first Blaster and im not sure if its normal??

yea i know but my question was that if its normal not to see any smoke out of the exhaust. Im use to 2 strokes smoking and with my blaster i dont see any smoke coming out of the exhaust only a bit when i start it
then mix it richer...wtf do you want us to tell you....when i start my banshee you can see alot of smoke but once the engine gets warm and runs for a bit you can hardly see it
check the oil pump, it might be stuck, causing it to receive no oil, when there is no smoke coming out of the pipe that is a sign that its not getting enough oil
It's getting oil, dont worry as long as theres smoke when you start it up its always getting oil as long as it smokes everytime you cold start it, butttt you shuld definitely look into removing it just in case it does fail on you, u can nevr b too sure
lol you probably shouldnt be giving advice if you dont know what your talking about. I said that im still using the oil pump injection system. and its a blaster that I have not a banshee and you usually dont premix if u still have the oil pump.
Usually they smoke a bit and start up. They normally don't smoke a bunch like a dirt bike does. Blasters usually only smoke at start up and if you let them load up.
yea im going to go buy a block off kit, just to make sure, i rather premix myself anyway. oh yea and today i was checking it again and it was idling and it reved up to full throttle by itself like it was running out of gas but it had half a tank so i think its leaning out so i think it might be the jet??
Just plug off the hole in the side of the carb and drain the injector tank and take it off. I never wasted the money on a block off kit. That's how the two in my garage are and they're fine.
