Blaster motor is jumping when taking off in the beginning of each gear. When i put it in any gear it bucks a few times then runs normally

need a little more detail to help with this. Does it jerk real hard when shifting? Is it actually the motor jumping? Don't take this the wrong way but we have to ask, are you using the clutch properly?

Yes im using the clutch properly it does it when taking off. It's not the motor brackets I think it's inside the motor. only in the beginning of each gear the does it

Might need to take the stator cover off and make sure the flywheel is in good shape and aligned properly. I would't think that it is a problem with the counter balance because that would make it jump more the higher the rev. stator cover is easy so I would start there then maybe look into the clutch assembly if you don't find the issue.

After reading that old thread you posted in it reminded me that you could be missing teeth on your sprocket as well. Check your sprockets or for play in the shaft your main sprocket is on

Good to know! Thanks for responding with the answer to the problem. Too many people leave us hanging so others can't find the answer when they are searching.

I would replace both sprockets and chain. If you only replace that sprocket then the chain will wear the new sprocket in a very short time. Best to replace as a set
