Need Cheap Suspension Upgrade, Help plz.!

Okay i got an 03 yamaha blaster project im building up from the frame. I need a good Suspension upgrade that is fairly cheap. I am planning on racing Open mx this summer so that is a big factor.

I would like to get some ideas of what other people have done too if that is possible thanks.

warrior rear shock banshee's up front or 400ex/lz/kfx all the 400's will work i like the 400ex but their for the rear

They are Nstyle and i found them on ebay for like 50 dollars

What about for wider a-arms? I want a +3 in the front, extended swing arm and axle..

wider a-arms aren't going to be cheap(around $400) as for the swing arm you can get one on ebay for$200 around 4" or less, im not sure what shocks i want to go with for my blaster

wait so you can throw on a pair of like yfz 450 shocks on a blaster with stock a-arms???? what about a rear shock??

yes yfz shocks will work but you hav to get a shock conversion kit to allow for longer shocks. and in the rear 400ex with little mods

just search ebay for yamaha blaster shock conversion kit its made by diamond j customs and as far as the 400ex rear shock you have to make bushings to use a differnt shock bolt on the top or drill out the mount hole on the shock so stock bolt will work in frame mount, heres some pics

where are you finding the conv kit for $70, on ebay i only see them for about 200

the aarm widening kit is like you said 200, its a shock conversion kit which is seperate from the widening kit, they are made by the same company!
