Need a new piston???

My topend has not lost its compression fully but lost some. then when try to kick it takes over 50 kicks n it boggs out and causes massive white smoke when running

sounds like you might be pullin air through the tranny into the crankchamber possibly. that will make it run like ass bc it pulls tranny oil with the air

first thing you need to do is buy a leakdown tester or make one. don't try to buy one online they cost an arm and a leg. holeshotman sells them here just shoot him a pm. like 30 bux. You need to locate where the leak is. if it is a leak from the tranny it will either be the crank seal on the clutch side(right side of motor) or the cases are leaking where they seal together. the crank oil seal is the easiest fix. but no way to tell where the leak is w/o a leakdown tester. there are diy's on building and using it in that section

you said it lost some compresion how much did it loose and like scott said sounds like it might be a bad crank seal
