ne gota carb for sale

Just curious do you have anything done to you motor? Bored or anything? Everyone keeps telling me that 28mm carb is about big as you need as long as you Jet it right. But thats for a stock blaster.

You would be ok with a 30mm.28mm is good to for stock motor.I went with the 30mm because I have a K&N filter and no lid.

As stated 28mm is a real nice carb for stock blasters, as an upgrade/rpl. But, a stock blaster, or at least pipe/filter, even no lid, helps out with running a 30mm successfully, and a fairly easy tuning process. Will use a little more fuel, but performance will be increased if these minimum mods are present.

I have that exact same carb I think....30mm OKO. Works great so far. I was a little worried as I thought it looked cheap and cheezy, but put it on. Great throttle response!

But you have to run a reed spacer or that carb will hit the clutch arm. If you're using you stock airbox and boot, you have to stretch the living hell out of it to get it on there... better yet, borrow an exhauast pipe expander and a good heat gun, expand the boot to where you need it and heat he holy hell out of it without burning it. Kind of tricky, but the boot will retain its new larger shape pretty well if you do that.

yes, agree.. ^^^^^^^^^^

The OKO 30mm measures over 34mm on the outer rim, that is gonna be a biotch to get the stock boot over it. If the process will not work listed above, you can easily obtain the needed oversized manifold/boot for 30mm and larger, from numerous resources, ebay, etc.

Or just use this as an excuse to now go with a higher flow custom air box setup, etc.

Good thing there is not a WANTED section for stuff like this... Oh wait there is!
