Looks a bit lean but, you can not tell 100% without doing an all out plug chop but running it through all the gears and then cutting the engine off at the top of 6th.
If you do a plug chop by just riding around and stuff you could get a false read because you could be rich on the bottom and way lean on the top so it does not read right.
there is a 230 jet in it right now
and the next size up in the dyno jet kit is a 340
should i try the 340 or is that to much

You can't tell from the pic. The place on the plug you need to look at is the bottom of the insulator. It's called the smoke ring and you need to either cut the threads off the plug to see it or use a good light source and a magnifying glass.
