it looks like you have the basics covered, reeds and a pipe. you can remove your airbox lid to get more airflow but you need to put a bigger jet in so it gets more fuel also.
ya i got to take the carb back off to see what i got for jets in it now. whats the difference between stock rear shock and the 400ex ? i weigh about 170
its a night and day differance, the ex shock is just better in every way. i weigh 200 and i never bottom it out.
I highly suggest the ex shock. And for a mod that will cost you all of $2 the do the removal of the airbox lid is a night and day difference, the jet changing is simple to, but there are lots of threads to tell you how to do it on the site, just give the search button a little visit. Also, if the stick on your quad isn't lying and you have a k&n filter, i suggest getting a skin for it if u take the lid off, the k&n style filter doesn't filter quite as well as a foam filter. A UNI is on my wishlist for sure. Anyways, welcome to the forum, may the mod bug be with you
