got too close to the edge of the road, wide open in 4th, clipped a big jagged rock hidden in the ferns, exactly why I will never run without a good steering stabilzer, would'a ripped the bars from my hands and flipped me, or worse...shot me into the trees,
stabilizer did it's job well, allowing me to continue straight and get her stopped

slightly abused front yfz rim and bandit tire for sale...cheap !!!! LOL

returned home and threw another set of rims and tires on to continue riding, when this happened,
my buddies rhino 660........
a log bounced up and went right threw the rear a-arm and axle, ripping the cv boot to shreds, jambed in there tight, we had to loop the winch cable around a tree and winch this out from the front...........

Damn! Mountain got her fill! Time for a brand new set of front tires?

got a spare yfz rim and one more unmolested 6 ply kevlar bandit on the shelf, i'll get her mounted tomorrow

luckily that was the tire that already had 3 plugs in one hole already, but kept holding air, so i rocked it,
till that biotch ate it today !!!!!

crazy sh*t awk! you know you're riding them right if you tear sh*t up every now and again

a stick came threw the cab of that rhino and tore his seat too, he's was cryin like a little biotch,
i told him quit his whining, he replied...
"but i still owe 8 grand on it"
shoulda seen the look on his face when i told him "it's only worth 4 g's all tore up like it is now"
baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaa

that's why I can't justify that kind of cash on these toys!!!!! even in the stuff that I ride which is a lot more mild than where you are, it's pretty easy to tear stuff up. part of that is the stance of my bike. next time around it'll be getting 22's and 20's or at least 21's and 20's. the 20's and 18's work, you just have to pick your line really really carefully and sometimes go a little slower, especially on a trail that you're unfamiliar with

Lucky you didn't do a superman. Lol.

Awk, what have you been doing to the "old girl" she seems to have turned into an Ogress.

All the more reason for using a steering stabiliser, I don't recall how many times mine has stopped the bars from being ripped out of my old arthritic hands, and causing me grief.
