hey guys. 1st of all i wanna say u guys have really helped me out with all my issues........so heres another lol. my blaster is idleing really high now. i rebuit the carb and adjusted the float level. when i kick the bike over it idles really high. the slide is in correct, the jetting is fine, no slack in my throttle. ne way i turn the air screw, it has no effect except it seems to rev even higher! just wondering if my float level can effect the idle...if not im stumped

could be possible, if it is to low it could be starving it for fuel and making it run lean. Also did you blow all the paths out with air, could be something interfering with the flow in the carb.

you could have an air leak. it would have to be a pretty big airleak though. is your tors still plugged in? if so you need to eliminate it. it is way to hard to tune your carb with that thing on there especialy if it is malfunctioning

yea the tors is still on but i had no problem b4 with it. i did turn the big screw a little bit on it is that the idle adjustment on it (its a flat head screw)

yeah it is ok to adjust that screw to fine tune your idle. but the tors is a huge POS ask anyone on this site they will tell you to eliminate it. there is a diy on it. the tors will just start acting up out of nowhere sometimes. but it could be an airleak too. had the topend apart lately? if so you have to do a leak down no matter how well you think you put it back together.
