Started with a small spoon

Flaten it out with a hammer

After you hammer it flat, cut the handel off.

I then put masking tap on it to trace the gasket on to the spoon.

Now you can drill your holes and use the trace lines as you guide to grind it down on a bench grinder.(Make sure you use safty glasses and when your grinding, use plyers or thick work gloves to hold it.It will get very hot.)

This is what it will look like when it's done.Just add some gasket maker and get some shorter screws. When I get to the hardware store and find the rite screws,I will post the size.I was bored and wanted something to do.lol I:I

i just used a chunk of 1/8 aluminum for mine. Also used gorilla tape for the gasket :p Still holding up just fine. The thread is 5mm dia 1mm pitch, should be only 10 mm long.
