that doesn't seem too bad. you said you have been running it for a year on that bore right? 115 after a year of hard ridin seems good to me but i don't know where you started.

You need to hold the throttle wide open and kick it til the guage won't move anymore. More then 8-12 kicks

Whats been done to this motor? Is it a stock ct240 set-up? has the head been cut? Need all the info about it.

av gas isnt race gas its just gas with a bunch of additves that make it a higher octane

dude cmon yesterday u thought stuffer blocks had something to do with the head? av fuel is aviation fuel it is no wheres near regular fuel with additives so quit guessing at things just a fyi 93 octane gas with 104 actane boost is no wheres near 104 octane either ocatne boost is junk and does not work like they say it does trust me ive been racing for damn near 30 years

please give me a link to when i thought stuffer blocks have somthing to do with the head and sorry i just went back to where i got the av gas info and i must missed read it

dude you don't know what stuffer blocks are. you are thinking of a cylinder spacer. let's drop this we are treadjackin hardcore on broncos tread and he acctually needs some help.

My daughters has 106psi on a 1996 stock bore & rings = TOTAL DOG wore out = 14yrs of use I would say its been a good ATV.

It was a good ATV for her to learn on & a fresh bore & wiseco this winter will wake the bike up for spring

you should be around 150 range or better, kick till it climbs no more with the throttle opened as the gents advised.
