Yup the bolt fell out. Don't fret tho, I put a new one.

Yeah I adjusted it and it feels nice and firm. I am about 200 LBS so it needs to be firm.

I bruised my tail bone like 3 months ago and stuck memory foam in there so I could ride. I'm better now but got used to the seat. That thing is pretty comfy, lol
