how does a 240 blaster only do 65 topped out, i had a blaster that was only bored like 10 or 20 over thats all an it did anywhere between 60 an 65...just curious.....

cause speed is in gearing

totaly agree ^ with the gearing.....but height of the rear tires also counts....... but if this guy wants to win some races with his blaster you just have to be in tune peak power you can get and you have to be very consistent and fast with shifting and at the right rpm's

srry but gotta call BS, unless you have a 450 motor in ur blaster then ur gonna get smoked. we clocked a stock yfz450 at my yamaha dealer at 86 with a radar gun..

you mean a raptor cause i have several different friends with 450's and they are set up for the track when stock pretty much so the one you seen was geared different anyone with a 450 can tell you they are geared kinda low for acceleration always when new from the factory ...anyways my blaster tops out at 73 mph

Theres a guy on Youtube on a Flowtech Blaster smoking the sh*t out of a modded YFZ 450..The dude on the 450 looked like he had an anchor tied to his bike it was such a woopen damn i would have been pissed if that was my 450..LOL Kurt
