no its the outterware for the airbox itself.you cut the lid out and put that on along with a top piece.my outterwares should be here today and i was gonna do the same thing.they sell the lid with outterwares already on it on ebay for like 80 bucks and thats way to much

thanks guys!!! you can buy precut lid covers from EHS racing and just make a ring to go around it.
