ok guys this is one of my blasters that i just bought. i sold out of go kart racing were our cars looked like miniature sprint cars, and bougth 2 blasters. now i m not new to quads, but the blaster i am. so here ya go
this what started with. it is a 94 blaster all stock, except for the powercore 2 silencer.
i stripped it completely, cleaned and painted the frame, then i cleaned and serviced that a arms, with new derlin bushings from asr. i painted them black. these are just temporary, i do plan on ordering +3 +1 asr a arms in the spring.
next came a call to norman for his spindle, he is a great guy and the spindles were here in a week. then i got banshee hubs, and raptor brake calipers and banshee brake lines and master cylinder on new moose handle bars.
for the front suspension i trade one of the members on here for a carb and i got works front shocks. i hope they work ok, they are for a 225 rider on a banshee, i weigh 230 to 240 so..... they are so much softer then the stock shocks. the back shock is a 400 ex shock.
i got the new maier plastics this week and it is really starting look great!
so what i have to come yet is a +4 extended swing arm, banshee rear axle, and new wheels and tires.
i cant decide on what i wanna do for wheels yet..... this thing is freakin narrow in the front, and i have new style steel wheels that dont change nothing when you flip them. so i dont know yet......
i cant even decide on steel wheels or aluminum wheels. i know i am getting kenda klaws, cause i already have them lol. i got 21x7x10 for the front and 20x11x9 for the rears.
