My 3 wheeler project

I just picked up an 84 Honda ATC 110. I was told it ran years ago when parked so I put a spark plug in it (was missing when I got it) and guess what? My 5 HP lawn mower takes more effort to pull over.

First on the list was new fuel tank (rusted out), tires and redo the brake system so it would stop. Looks like now a top end rebuild has been moved to the top of the list. Ill keep updating this as I go.

I know, blue is very very rare. Plastics are so so. Front and rear are both cracked but its repairable. This one also has front brakes, which is not factory for this bike I'm pretty sure. I plan to fully restore it.

No on the 110 Models they were equiped with front brakes on all the models I know of ....
But yeah try and repair them to good condition.... sometimes ebay has the odd peice for it here and there...

Wish I still had my blue 110.... lol

The info I have found says it did not come with front brakes and all this one has is the brake assembly on the axle, no handle nor cable. How much is to much money to sink into this? lol I see now about $300 on the engine alone. Then brakes, tires, paint, plastics etc etc.

Not to rain on your project..........but that thing is worth about 3-500 tops in dead mint condition.

The top of the line last years made 350x's 250r's and 200x's barely sell for 1500-1800.

Your gonna spend way more than its worth restoring it and wont get your money back.

My thoughts, when I thought the engine was good I knew I could get out cheap enough but now its starting to cost more than planned.

I have an 82 185s honda thats in really good shape. I got it free. I've already spent more than its worth on new tires and k and n filter, later model front suspension forks and a cobra exhaust.

Anyway you cut it you will spend more than its worth I think, even with most four wheelers. I wanted another toy but I hate to spend a lot on something I'm scared to ride all out.

You should be able to ride that 110 all out. I rode my 185 all out. You cant jump it(well you can but the landing will suck and probably bounce you off) and going over bumps you gotta use your thighs as shock absorbers or you'll kill your back and nuts. lol

If your wanting it as a rider get it running and then look into getting some front suspension forks off a 83-84 200s or 185s. Wont find them in blue though. They make a huge difference in ride. Should be a direct bolt on. I gotta warn you though its gonna be really really slow. I had a 125 and it was sllllooooowwww the 185 easily kills it and its slow. lol

dude r u high??? my dad just finished a full resto on a 350x and 250r that sum people on here have seen and they both would go for 3000+ but they also both have a/m parts
