Ok so my blaster didn't have the power it had a week ago so I pulled the spark plug to find out that it was fouled out. So I bought a new one I checked the gapping on the new one and it was set at the right gap. My blaster still bogs down like it isn't getting the power it should. What could be doing this? The carb is clean other then no power when the power band is supposed to kick in it runs great.

yes I cleaned that too. It cant be the gas oil mix either cuz its got the auto mix thing whatever its called lol I am still learning everything about my blaster cuz I just got it. Its my first 4 wheeler so I am new with it but my dad has been able to help with a lot of it.

ya the float is at the correct level cuz when I put it back together it wasn't and the throttle acted like it was stuck. Now it doesn't act like its stuck .

That doesnt mean its at the right height... Blaaster can help you more with that, i believe the right hieght is 20-21.5mm, but let blaaster help ya there

Just to make sure the spark plug gap is right what is it supposed to be at? The new one was gapped at .032 is that right cuz I've heard a few different gaps.

So I just went for a ride and the power band is kicking in later then it did before I changed the spark plug. Could I just have to break in the new plug or is it not gapped right?

Plug gap 0.7 - 0.8mm, 028 - 032in.

Float level should 20 to 21.5mm on a stock carby.

you want to turn the carb and hold it on a slight angle to measure the float height, like shown here......

it should just barely be touching the inner needle, not depressing it,
holding it pefrectly horizontal may allow the needle to be depressed giving false measurements.

It is possible to check the fuel level by attaching a length of clear plastic tubing to the drain nipple , lifting it up the side of the carby, and cracking the drain screw.

The fuel should show in the pipe to the level of the carb body above the float bowl gasket.
