I have a 2000 blaster that needs to be pulled for a while to get it to start. Once it gets started it runs fine, but if you let off the throttle it will die right away. Kick it and it starts right back up, but if you aren't toying the throttle it dies. Any ideas?

It could. It would not be recommended to pull start it. Do what they said^^^ and it wouldn't hurt to leaktest either, and the carb may need a cleaning
