My 1996 blaster doesn't have mounts for heel guards(that mount to the frame)

I have a 96' blaster and it doesn't have mounts for heel guards (the metal ones that mount to the frame)

all '90 + blasters had metal heelgaurd mounts,
either someone cut yours off, or thats an 88/89 frame
search for atv vin decoder, on here or google, then run your vin#, that'll tell you what year that frame is

this, I had that problem with my 88, I just welded a bolt to the frame, not the best looking but it worked.

you can get these, at any hardware, electrical or home store (lowes/depot)
slide over frame, insert your heelgaurd mount, re-insert bolt thru heelgaurd and clamp, tighten
i'd use a nylock nut.............
