There are a lot of porters that people don't even realize really. The big thing with forums is the customer testimonials and information feedback from particular engine builders. On this forum, that tends to be Ken, Flotek, and Wildcard. Porters come and go as well. I mean you have a LOT more out there but feedback wins over all when people feel more secure in "knowing". LED, Mums, HJR, Hetrick Racing, Diamond Racing, and on and on and on.
Yeah I'm curious to find out too. I wish my motor man was still in business, it'd be nice to have a spare bullet or two laying around.
Marc Cross. He had a tough time with his personal life there for a while causing the business to take a turn for the worse, but the man sure could build a monster motor.
Same guy that did mine......Marc Cross at Hollywood Dirt Productions...no longer in business as noted.
3 years, 20+ races, never had another blaster take me off the gate. Discouraged a few 450's along the way as well...
How did you find out about HWD? Were you around in the old BHQ/Bluetraxx days? I've been pleased with my work from him. I was outside the other day doing donuts on the pavement. I:I
i had mine going sideways on the pavement I:I with almost brand new tires and the jetings still rich wonder what it will do with a pipe that matches my porting and the jeting right
Oh yeah. Me and my oldman trolled the HWD and BHQ forums way back when. I never was a fan of bluetraxx though. Not a day went by without us posting. At that time Marc was really starting to come on the scene and we just jumped aboard and it was well worth it. It's good that you've been pleased with his work. I know the logic behind the smaller carb setup your running and it may be the best thing for the type of riding you do, but you've only got a taste of what that setup is capable of.

Haha yea, I remember that board. I remember the hacker rape by CP Customs homers....no clue if CP is still in business or not. I do miss BHQ though. Bluetraxx is deader than a doornail now.....far cry from what it was earlier in the decade...probably in the top 3 of active ATV sites.
Yeah from what I remember there was a war of words between the CP and HWD junkies for a couple of months that was taken way out of context.
Yea it was a hell of a convoluted mess. I was registered there but I was usually busier on BHQ and Bluetraxx with YFS, Rippin, and Phragle. I think I only had like 40 posts on that board before the hack then I was kind of AWOL from the Blaster community for about 5 years.
Is Phragle still around? I've got a job I need to con him into
I guess he was around this board for a while, but hasn't posted in about a year or so. I'm sure he is off to bigger and better things.
