Motor temp

What should my motor be running at and what is hot i was thinking maybe 350 fahrenheit is hot and 290 is ok, any in put would be good on temps or what it should be running at.

u should be somewhere in the mid 2's to low 3's
if its running hotter than that u could have an airleak or jetting is off

ive checked my cylinder temp with a infrared after some normal riding and it was around the 280 mark, i just checked it saturday after some hell riding thru the snow and it was up to 318 wich is the highest ive seen mine.
