more on vitos jug

Try to keep it moving instead of it on neutral and idling without air and breeze flowing threw it.. Check for air leaks every once in a while and all the other good stuff..

heres is why im done with vitos cylinders...this is the 2ND time i have seen this from a vito cylinder

the sleeve had spun inside the casted cylinder 1/8 inch to the left....i had a grand into that motor and didnt get 6 months outta it...kinda why im runnin a stock "freek" ported cylinder now lol

uh oh.
this one i have needs a resleeve, might get ken to do it.or i might grap surf's 240 and practise on this one(porting)

ken was playing around with the idea of putting in studs in between the cylinder and sleeve to prevent the sleeve from spinning in the cylinder...might be worth it to have him check it out....i wish i wouldve known about their little casting flaw issues befoe i paid for it, my almost new bb cylinder is now a paper weight

no sh*t
i know this one has a pinhole between the 4 fins.
maybe ill get ken to resleeve it,better then this one going to waste and if i go the other route and have the other one go on me then im really up the creek with no paddle

more power = more heat
vitos has had an issue with quality control but i havent had any problems with anything i have gotten from them recently. i had some discussions with them about it when i went to buy my stroker crank...
