Okay yester day i i was ride my quad and its havein a real hard time startin and no compreshion = needs rings so i took took the cylinder head off and jug (while on Quad) and the bore is not scored at all pitson is okay too i ordered new rings ... but today after i put it back together i rode it VERY HARD TO STArt...,. (sicne the bore is nice do i hone it ???):-/:-/:-/

You really should hone a cylinder each time you pull it off because the rings will never go back into the same wear grooves they were in before. Especially true for new rings! lol

What was the compression before? You really should take a measurement before and after a refresh so you have numbers to compare... i.e. before 85psi after 135 psi. That way you know the job was done right and nothing else is wrong with it.

With new rings, is it hard to kick over or just not starting good? The hard starting might not have been low compression to begin with...

did it start easy when you first started it after you got it back together, or just after riding it. Also what mods do you have. And build a leak down tester, chances are you have an airleak and you burned the rings up again, could have also been the prob in the first place.

You needed to hone. Those rings will never seat without a honed cylinder. They actually file themselves to the cylinder to make a almost perfect seal. You need to hone every time you replace rings. I would buy new rings and start over with a hone job this time. Rings and a hone job are cheap.
