Recently i started a thread about a baffle rattle in my STOCK expansion pipe. Awk08 gave me some good advise to cut a section out of the pipe and extract the baffle completely. then weld the pipe back up.
I have one concern, so i thought i would ask. Maybe someone has done this before.
Are the stock expansion pipe single or double layered at the "big bend"? Reason i ask is, if its double layered i need to make the first cut out much bigger, so i can make the 2nd layer cut slightly smaller so i can weld both layer back easily.
The sound the baffle makes when i shake the pipe, it doesnt sound like its thin or single layered. Just thought id ask.
And i know blaaster, jetting may be necessary I:I I have a 1 up main jet on standby.
