Has anybody thought of or done a conversion from the stock suspension ball joints to adjustable rose joints?
I am thinking of fabing such a setup, or even making a new set of arms, with rose joints instead. The idea is to make the suspension setup fully adjustable. ..

Any comments or advice would be appreciated.

PS: my main concerns would be strength & contamination. But on the other hand, they could be replaced easily and also lubed at regular intervals.

putting replacable ball joints on stock width arms is a waste of time, effort and $, IMO.
there is no adjustment needed for stock width arms.

the stock ball joint can be lubed with a grease gun needle stuck thru the rubber boot, and will last for years if kept filled on a regular basis.

i've seen stock arms extended on here with horrendous results, the stock tubing angle cannot be cut and extended to meet at a common point at the balljoint properly or safely = cluster fawk.

there have also been redneck extended arms built and sold on here, i'm sure the pics are missing from the thread, but weren't worth seeing anyway :)
the tools (bender, mig welder, tubing notcher, chro-mo tubing, grease fittings/bungs, ball joints ect.) required, cost more than a set of + ASR arms, and i'd bet never even paid for itself :o
