Alright I've been notice I don't really have much low end power and some times I'll go to give it gas and like nothing happens, like it doesn't bog or anything it just like cuts out for a second. I dont know whats wrong, carbs clean, its all stock other than a fmf pipe.

The FMF only mod will run fine on the stock jet, slightly lean but not noticeable. I am also leaning towards TORS, sounds like it for sure. If not, possible bad CDI ground/coil issues, electrical spark bug, if not the TORS...
Do a TORS delete, find the how to in the DIY, and test from there...
TORS is gone, I'm noticing that the powers getting better, I think it was because I just replaced the clutch side crank seal and the oil that got into the crankcase was burning out, but I'm stilling having the problem of the throttle cutting out some times. I also found the it cuts out alot when my petcock is "On" and the quad will stall until I turn it to reserve even though theres like more then a half tank and then ocasionally the throttle will cut out but not nearly as much. I notice alot too when I down shift and go to give it gas it cuts out too.

Corey, I had this happen before and it ended up being broken and cracked reeds. Just an easy check that might help...
Sounds like you may have a clog in the petcock? or the gas line somewhere? Take it all apart and clean it, also clean out your carb.

I'll check the reeds, lines, and petcock, but its deffiantly not the carb cause I just cleaned it but Ill get back. Thanks
Sure the pilot jet is clean/looks good? Double check, blow through with air, be sure it is good. You are being affected only at throttle crack, not running wide open. I would replace all fuel lines just to be sure as well, cheap easy fix. Be sure petcock flows freely in both positions, while off bike. Reeds do look good though??
When I go to cut the throttle wide open from nothing is when it cuts out, Im positive the carbs clean, fuel line and reeds are good, and petcock is working fine, checked it all last night.

Check CDI/Coil grounds first... (and ground terminator box at rear, may have very dirty leads, etc)
Okay well I had a little misconception about the TORS and actually found out what it is and sh*t and it is still hooked up but I'm unhooking it right now so hopefully thats the problem and I'm gunna check the grounds too. Thanks
