Missing Carb Part?

Hey guys I recently bought a 2002 Blaster and I was following the steps on the DIY Carb Cleaning post when I noticed I'm missing a part that's in the pics of the tutorial.

I'm missing #16, all the description says is RING. My Blaster seems to run fine and all, but should I order one anyway?

When i installed a main jet in my carb the piece your showing was like a plastic baffle or something of that,someone on here should know the name of it and it's use,but you should be fine if it runs good.
