haha thats freekin funny or i could put the stock cylinder and head back on cuz i dont think he nos ne thing about blasters and say its the arisol and with my nice little silver pen write dimond on the intake lol
 
so what makes it a drag car?? trhe little hood scoop? or the ratchet shifter?? its got regualr street tires on it, and it looks like its not even mini tubbed. so why does the seller thing its a drag car??? cos it had a v8 in it and did burnouts????

sorry i hate people who think they have adrag car and they dont.

if you go look at the car, look at the rear frame rails from where the rear bumper bolts on all the way to above the rear tires. there known to have rusty rear frame rails, and look at the trunk pan by the back seat.

if the rear frame rails are rusty walk away.. ask him what the motor is for it... what cam intake heads comp ratio pistons rods...

I wouldn't want a roller. I agree with 4cfed, everyone that has a MC or a Camaro, etc. thinks they have a drag car. Just because it has a V8 and it's a monte carlo makes it a drag car? Be sure to look it over with a fine tooth comb if your heart is set on it.
 
and look at the motor mounts.. make surew there bolted in and not welded in.. alot of hill bills are dumb and weld the mounts in when a g body ( monte regal cutlass malibu) all have all the diff bolt patterns for 6 cyl and v8s

and the rear frame rails... check bottoms of the doors on the inside of them, the lower rear 1/4s and the frame rails....



and soo true.. its a drag car!! i beat a honda with a wing bwwhahaha
 
lol im tradin for the motor in it too and he said its a drag car cuz he only used it for drag racing, the car is actually from mo and its been kept inside, so i think it should be good im just waitin for a reply and i was lookin at a cutlass supreme brougam edition but when the guy told me the rear frame rails were rusted i told him i would think bout it but i know i dont want it but this car the monte looks really clean so im not sure its just it would be hard to part with the blaster
 
just cos the ylook clean dont always mean they are.... .northern cars rust from the outside in southern cars rust from the inside out.. my 86 cutlass wa s a'drag car' and my frame was mint... 13.2 at 104 consistant in the 1/4 spinning the slicks hard out of the hole
