Maybe buy blaster for $400

Hey i screwed up and didnt take my cam. But the dude had a stock blue blaster with blue shocks. It runs great with mild clutch problems.. all the parts are there but the rear brake caliper. Everything is completely stock but the rear 18" ITP holeshots. Anyways he wants $400 for it and its pretty solid.. I might buy for my brother tommorow...
Anybody know what years come with blue shocks and blue plastic?????????????? The dude didnt know..

Sounds like a steal, I would get it. I bought my blaster for $500 with a blown motor..
