looking for a jetting size suggestion - just rebuild the blaster

i just finished rebuilding my blaster after blowing the piston head up-

the new setup is

full FMF exhaust, Vitos super stock Piston head kit, Vitos +3m crank, Vitos Reed spacer kit, Boysten Power reeds, not air box lid with K&N filter. oil injection blocked off. the carb is stock as well.

i have the vitos jetting kit now, and was curiouos what main would i want to use? the kit said the largest first which is a 340, the stock was a 230- seems kind of large, but i will work my way down after i get it running. the piolet jet was a 30 in the kit and i have a 32.5 in there now, should i swap them?

is the vitos super stock piston cast?. umm i would try for 270 or 280 main..

id start with the 280 like ron said im runing a 270 and its lean but ya know what they say.. "the leaner the meaner!"

Ok, i think what i will do is drop the 300 in there to make sure its nie and rich and workdown from that, however the weather around here now is 20's so... i might keep it richer for now until its nice out again.

to think... this was 100% stock before i broke it, lol

u should also think of getting ur cylinder ported to match the +3mm crank, u wont get the full potential out of it unless it is ported
