Lock nut/washer for rear brake rotor?

I need the lock collar type thing that slides over the splines on the axle to hold the rear brake rotor on, anybody know where I can get one?

and also is there a c clip holding the axle in on the sprocket side?

I have a spare 88-02 brake hub here. If interested p.m. me. There is no C clip on there. There is a rubber boot that sits between the brake hub and axle that is held in place by 2 metal tension rings / collars.
