this was my old bike and was on original bore and piston. the guy that bought it from me has had it a few months with no problems... until he let his friend ride it

and caused a lil crack!!

nope... got ebay to replace it! unless you know someone with a half to sell this guy. im fixin it for him.

I got that alloy which will take to aluminum. I did blkblzr01's old cases (which will be my new +4 stroker cases). That's completely fixable like that.

we used the duraweld aluminum rods and fixed a couple of cracked cases...still no probs with them, just tough to get use to using, but works pretty good

The material has its limitations and it does take some time to figure it out but it can work very well.

i repaired a broken case using jb weld and some custom shims worked great just sanded it flush with the cases and followed the contours of the crankcase halves. cheap fix and easy to work with.

i would like to try that i just wish it wasnt inside the cases like it is because if something happens i have to split them again. to much work if you ask me
