Leaking gear box oil

My dad just a 04 blaster and when ever it's runing it's leaking gear box oil out of (what i think is an overflow pipe for the gear box) is this bad or is it because it has too much oil

Drain it and put in the correct ammount! Too much oil will blow out the crank seals.

im having the same trouble with my 05. i just got it a month ago, changed the gear oil, added 650 ml rode it easy for 15 minutes and then it started pissing oil out the gearbox, parked it and havent messed with it since. where is the overflow hose located? any ideas what this is?
