Leak down test video

Thats it. WOW. Im thinking its some labor intensive procedure. What did that take, a few minutes. So, what the purpose of the Blaster on its rear bumper?? An air trap of some sort?? Just curious.

Did you watch the video with sound on? He says at the start why he stands the bike on the bumper. To make it easier to work on.You don't have to put the bike on its bumper / grab bar.

Also remember you have to spend time removing the exhaust and carb and doing the test then installing them again so its not a 5 min job.

You are right, he mentions that in the very beginning. I was thinking the whole test was a heck of a lot longer. Removing the carb and the expansion chamber doesn't add that much more time. Still its a test thats not too complicated. I was looking at AWKs leak down tester doesn't seem to hard to construct. Im gonna have to do some research and make a parts list.
