Do you actually like those shifter saver boots? I had one on my KLR650 and I cut it off after a week.

Its so you can ride with flip flops with hurting your foot.just kidding.came on the bike when i got it.i started to take it off but decided i was going to try it first.never had one before

Alot of aholes down here riding on the streets with flip flops and sneakers.nothing like alittle road rash on your feet

Got power valve covers on and installed engine in frame

tourqed swing arm bolt and Motor mounts. Installed new clutch cable

One fork tube is leaking. So going to order a rebuild kit.plus something to measure the oil height in forks. Need chain and sprockets. I can finish assembly and take forks off anytime.

Sprockets and chain arrived today. Can't wait to put them on.going to clean up radiators alittle . they are pretty much new so not much to clean.

Get the Motion Pro one. It might look like a giant meth needle, but you can set the measurement on it.

Im a tool junkie. For 15 bucks it's a no brainer. Beats measuring and adding and pouring some out to get the correct level.was even going to get the fork bullit
Instead of using tape. Already have the brass bullit to do the rear shocks

Got the xring chain and sprockets on.instaled stator and flywheel. Tourqed to spec.radiators are ready to install

Got the radiators on and the carb. Got to route new cable. Going to clean inside of expansion chamber.repack silencer

Got expansion chamber cleaned and silencer packed.sub frame cleaned up. Just have to cleanup airbox.

GPI Radiators...you uh, lose a bet?
I had them on my YZ250 and they were...shoddy at best.

That's what came on it.all $80 worth. Guess we will see if they are a problem. Never had a bike with them on it before.

Go air box cleaned up and installed back in sub frame. Installed sub frame.and cdi box and whatever else they call it.it adds extra fuel at high rpms.richens main jetting.

Installed stock exhaust.this is the first time for me ever putting a stock exhaust system back on after i removed it. Guess I'll try it.
