i put this here since i dont get many responses in kawasaki thread. anyways i have this 93 kx 80 and it keeps fouling plugs. the filter is brand new and oiled. the jetting is stock. the idle is spot on. im mixing 32:1 redline synthetic with 92 octane brand new gas. and it has a b9es plug wich is brand new and the factory recomended plug. i let it idle for about 5 minutes revving it constantly but it will still foul out after a few minutes

Plug fouling is usually caused by the fired charge in the combustion chamber not reaching the correct temperature.

This can be caused by poor choice of jetting, float level setting, dirty air filter or wrong filter oil.

The crankcase oil seal could too be the culprit.
